i guess this is a good time for writing. i have some ideas and i've written some things that are in the editing stages.
1 -
something about entrapment and the search for freedom: physical, emotional, occupational. DONE!
2 -
something about the connectivity between images, feelings, thoughts, words, and reality. memories, dejavous, expectancy, our connection to the Divine. DONE!
3 -
something about competition, striving, goal-orientation. DONE!
Now I need to edit these and have them seen by some other folks.
I don't draft my pieces. When I'm in the spirit of composing it comes out like urination through a bladder uncontrollable. Dig it?
ReplyDeletei don't draft either. i've always said my writing process is like having a baby: when it's ready, it's ready and when it's not, it's not. but that doesn't mean that once the poem is written it should be final. i think it's important to be able to still go back and change and re-arrange and cut and add, you know? that's what i mean by drafting.
